Rights of children in islam, Solution of child labour problem.
The children of today are hidden in the beautiful world of the future. As a result of their child labor, their mentality and physical harm are caused. Child labor, on the one hand, destroys the child's future, and on the other hand is creating social problems. Poverty reduction can not be possible without the growth of factories, increase in production and widespread employment. Again, child labor can not be stopped without eliminating poverty. In childhood, the childhood in Islam is physical and mental development. The Prophet (peace be upon him) had developed the right to work in the religion of the people with neglected facilities, food, clothing, education, housing, medical and entertainment for the neglected children. He loved the lives of children. Children have softened their own use and instructed others to do so. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'The person who does not love children does not belong to us. '(Abu Da'ud, hadith: 4943)
Children who are today, young people in the future. They are guide to the well-groomed and glorious future. The beautiful world of the future lies in the heart of today's baby. Allah says, 'wealth and children are the splendor of the life of this world' (Surah Al-Kahf, verse 46).
The main reason for child labor is poverty. Because poor parents are unable to spend their family expenditure or due to their lack of income, the children continue to earn money in the place of parents and mothers. Before many children understand the affection of their parents, the labor of labor in all areas including mills, hotels, restaurants, field-ghat-hats, has become a cause for unhappiness in life. Their beautiful future is going to get lost.
The interests of the poor children are exploited by the interest of one-class people. With children, they engage in various kinds of criminal activities including begging, theft, robbery, drugs, by striking, picketing, vandalizing and muting them. Such acts are illegal and punishable crimes. All social and social movements, along with public and private, will have to come forward to release children from oppressive acts. If someone wants to work more, he has to extend his hand.
Children should be taught that their future life is beautiful and successful. Stop the child labor and stand beside the neglected children and feed them,
All the facilities, including clothes, shelter, medical treatment, and children must be loved all the time. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'Love your children and do good and teach them.' (Tirmizi Sharif)
From childhood, children need to be developed as good people by teaching them good conduct. The child is like mud clay. It is possible to make children as young as possible. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'Make your children great and teach them good admiration.
Islam has been prohibited from imposing more work on power as per labor policy. In the holy Quran, the saying is, 'Allah does not delegate any hurtful responsibility to anyone, which is beyond his ability.' (Surat al-Baqarah: 286)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'extend their hands to their support if they want to work more. And more work on them Do not impose. ' (Bukhari Sharif)
Solution of child labour problem:
- The path of implementation will also be open if there is social and political will and pledge to stop child labor. It will be easy to stop child labor if children can serve as the power surplus state. If we see any child engaged in labor, we have to protest strongly. Social resistance can give permanent solutions to stop child labor.
- Children should be made to work at the work place, children and their guardians should be made aware of the consequences of child labor.
- Children who have to sell labor due to poverty should be informed and understood that education is the key tool for removing poverty. Opening the education of children can be developed as a well-educated citizen, a permanent solution for child labor shutdown.
Children should not be neglected in any case. Always show mercy. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'He who does not love our children is not regarded in us. '(Bukhari Sharif)
